METHOD OF SHIPMENTS: Shipments are sent the most economical way, not necessarily with the fastest carrier. If you have a preferred method of shipment, please let us know, and we will make an effort to meet your requirements. Additional charges may apply.
Shipments abroad are sent U.S. Mail. Insurance up to $100.00 is @ no charge . Global Express Guaranteed is $28.50 and up for 1-3 days delivery. Express Mail International is $22.00 and up for 3-5 days delivery. Priority Mail International is $16.00 and up for delivery of 6-10 days. Days designed to be delivered depend on origin and destination. Also, the weight and size of the package is a factor.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: It is required that any product damaged or short shipment be reported to us within seven (7) business days following receipt of merchandise. IF DAMAGED OR SHORT SHIPMENTS ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS, WE WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT OR SEND REPLACEMENTS.
FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS: Our products are packed carefully, using standard approved methods. Merchandise is in undamaged condition when shipped. If transit damage occurs, do not refuse the shipment, since this causes unnecessary shipping expense and delay. Instead, promptly file your claim with the carrier for loss or damage.
RETURNS: A twenty-five (25) percent re-stocking fee is charged for all returns not due to damage or manufacturer's error. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued by our Customer Service Department to receive credit. Refused shipments are returned to stock, and the customer is responsible for outgoing and incoming freight expenses. Refused shipments may affect the customer's future payment options.
