A. We want to meet the needs of our customers, and will provide a catalog upon request.
PROTECTION OF THE FINISH:
Q. Can I put the Wall Art outside on the patio?
A. You can, if you coat both sides of the Wall Art with exterior polyurethane. However, exposure to sunlight will eventually tarnish or fade the original color of the finish.
Q. Can these metal finishes be exposed to bad weather?
A. LAZART finished Wall Art pieces are meant to be displayed for indoor use only. Any type of scratch or nick in the finish would cause the piece to rust.
Q. What type of cleaner is best to use on my Wall Art purchase?
A. Liquid cleaning products are not recommended. A dry dusting cloth is best to keep the finish beautiful. The use of abrasive cleaners or scratch pads will damage the finish.
Q. Can I spray paint my purchase to fit my color scheme of the room?
A. Yes, if you use a metal spray paint and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for application.
Q. If I damage my Wall Art, can it be repaired?
A. It depends on the extent of the damage. Usually the cost of repair is greater than the price of replacement of the piece.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Q. How much time is needed for delivery?
A. Delivery by UPS anywhere in the U.S. normally takes 3 to 5 business days.
Q. If my Wall Art is damaged in shipping, what do I do?
A. If transit damage occurs, do not refuse the shipment, since this causes unnecessary shipping expense and delay. Instead, promptly file your claim with the carrier for loss or damage.
Q. Are multiple items packaged together?
A. Our products are packed carefully using standard approved methods. Packages of like sizes are bound together.
Q. Is shipping available outside the U.S.?
A. Yes. U.S. Mail is used for shipping abroad, and the mailing is higher because of the insurance costs.
Q. Is there a warranty on the products?
A. All products have the manufacturer’s one-year limited warranty.
